Meet The Team
Rocco has led Esposito Insurance Group since 2003, taking over from his mother, Josephine, who founded the agency in 1979. He works across personal and commercial lines, focusing on tailoring coverage and clear, honest advice. Rocco believes that good service begins – not ends – when a policy is issued, and he ensures that clients always receive responsive, personal attention, never an automated reply.
Rocco is actively involved with the Metro Real Estate Investors Association (MREIA), where he hosts monthly meetings in North Jersey and advises real estate investors on property and liability risk. Prior to joining EIG, he was CTO at Hunter Douglas and Maidenform. He holds an engineering degree and an MBA from Rutgers.

Business Development Manager
Patrick works across commercial insurance, underwriting, and business development, with a particular interest in the analytical side of risk. He helps clients evaluate coverage needs, navigate the insurance market, and find solutions that balance strong protection with competitive pricing.
A graduate of Fordham University with a degree in finance, Patrick brings a financial perspective to risk assessment and insurance strategy. His work is grounded in building long-term relationships and understanding the businesses, investments, and goals behind each client's coverage needs.
